I’ve done it all from managing a sales team to now running my own personal training business. I am a husband and a father of one. Now a Co-host for the Stronger Inside Podcast with my friend and trainer Wayne. I started my fitness journey 18 months ago and I have lost over 130lbs working out with Wayne !
